Last week I got a call from a good friend - SS, a member of Delhi SHG. He has been a member of TISA even before I knew about it, and had also taken therapy from a Delhi based speech therapist - SA.
In July, I had written a review of SA, in TISA discussion forums; SA must have chanced upon this. And since he knows that SS is a good friend, he tried to put pressure on me through SS to change that. I told SS that whatever I have written are true experiences and by changing those I will compromise my integrity. But I agreed to put a disclaimer that these are my views, not TISA's. Which I did.
Now SS is a gem of a person, a very fine human being, somebody whose friendship I value very highly. Only I know, how hard it was for me to refuse him. But I had to take a stand and make a decision, I hope I made the right one.
Then there is the case of this Kolkata based gentleman - DK. He has taken speech therapy from Mr. Partho Bagchi and has reasonably overcome him stuttering or he thinks so. He is a computer parts retailer by profession and has started another business - helping PWS for money.
I do not have any problems with that, but he tries to hide it under the garb of social service. And simply refuse to accept it as a business venture. Sachin had a long discussion with him on Orkut regarding that.

dhawalkhakhra: more r on phone calls... around 5 ppl
and 1 did course under me for a week
